The Coaches Preseason Top 25 basketball poll came out and at least they had the common sense not to vote Duke ahead of North Carolina unlike the media last week at ACC Media Days. However, the Blue Devils are ranked No. 9, which again makes Duke the most overrated team in the country. Every year they start out in the top 10 and by season’s end they are nowhere to be seen.
